Day by day itinerary
Day 1
Welcome to Bangkok
You will arrive in Bangkok, Thailand's lively capital. A friendly welcome awaits you at the airport, then a private transfer to your four star hotel. The evening is free to relax or explore the local area.
Day 2
Bangkok's Best Sights
Today you will see the Grand Palace and the famous Emerald Buddha at Wat Phra Kaew. We will also visit Wat Pho, home to the huge Reclining Buddha. Later, enjoy a boat trip along the Chao Phraya River.
Day 3
Markets and Rooftop Views
Spend the morning at a local market, like Chatuchak if it is open, trying Thai treats. In the afternoon, you can relax or do some shopping. Finish your day with a drink at a rooftop bar, seeing amazing views of Bangkok.
Day 4
Hello Tokyo
Today we fly from Bangkok to Tokyo, Japan. After arriving, you will transfer to your three star hotel. In the evening, you can take a walk around areas like Kabukicho and Omoide Yokocho to enjoy local food and sights.
Day 5
Tokyo Old and New
We will visit the historic Senso ji Temple in Asakusa and the peaceful Meiji Shrine. Later, experience the unique fashion of Harajuku and the famous Shibuya Crossing. You can also see amazing city views from the Tokyo Skytree.
Day 6
Your Choice of Tokyo Fun
Today you can choose your adventure. You might visit Tokyo Disneyland or DisneySea for thrilling rides. Or, you can explore Tokyo's culture with a visit to teamLab Planets or Ueno Park.
Day 7
Bullet Train to Kyoto
This morning we take the Tokaido Shinkansen, Japan's famous bullet train, to Kyoto. Enjoy the fast and scenic journey. After checking into your three star hotel, you can explore Nishiki Market for street food.
Day 8
Kyoto's Temples and Tea
Start your day walking through the many red gates at Fushimi Inari Taisha. Visit Kiyomizu dera Temple for lovely city views and stroll through old streets. Later, experience a traditional matcha tea ceremony.
Day 9
Bamboo and Gold
Travel to Arashiyama to walk through its enchanting Bamboo Grove. Cross the beautiful Togetsukyo Bridge. Afterwards, visit the stunning Kinkaku ji, the Golden Pavilion, which shines over its peaceful pond.
Day 10
On to Osaka
After breakfast, we take a short train ride to Osaka, Japan's kitchen. Check into your three star hotel. We will visit the impressive Osaka Castle, then head to Dotonbori for bright lights and delicious street food like takoyaki.
Day 11
Day Trip Adventure
Use your Japan Rail Pass for a day trip. You could visit Hiroshima for its Peace Memorial Park and Miyajima Island. Or, go to Nara to see its friendly deer and the huge Great Buddha at Todai ji Temple.
Day 12
Osaka Fun or Relaxation
Today you can choose between thrills or gentle discovery. You might visit Universal Studios Japan for a day of fun. Alternatively, explore the Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan or shop in Shinsaibashi. Finish with a final meal in Dotonbori.
Day 13
Goodbye Japan
Enjoy your last breakfast in Osaka before checking out of your hotel. You will transfer to the airport for your flight home. You will leave with wonderful memories of Bangkok, Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka.
